• Payment and delivery
  Payment ways: PayPal, West Union, T/T and L/C
  100% full payment in advance in order to save bank charge.
  Or 50% for deposit, 50% balance before delivery.
  Delivery: Immediately delivery or 2 working days for 1-5 pieces.
  Production schedule: 3-4 weeks after receiving deposit and order confirmation.
  We may take longer time for your order and notice you the specific time required. During the Chinese public holidays, the shipping time will be extended.
  Hong Kong Post/ SF Express/ UPS/ DHL/ TNT/ Fedex/ China Post Air Mail that normally takes 2-5 days for Asia delivery and 7-14 days for overseas. Please contact us for any of your specified shipping agent.
  Sometimes shipment may take longer delivery due to the strict custom clearance/ peak season/ bad weather condition or other uncertain circumstances. If your goods have been missed or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

We offer expertise opinions in product design and packaging to ensure your products are developed and manufactured at a better cost with good value but not sacrificing originality and quality.

We provide refund/ exchange for the following situations:
 

1. Refund/ exchange for wrong or missing products
   
   VICACCI can only exchange the same value of other Vicacci’s merchandises. The purchased products can be replaced for new one that may be due to VICACCI, such as when the products do not have the promised essential characteristics or have manufacturing defects or they have been erroneously delivered.
    
2. Full refund/ exchange for product defeats 
   
   Full refund for no product received in our default delivery time. A product can only be exchanged one time upon presentation of sales memo within 7 days of purchase. Shipping cost is for customer’s account. No exchange on merchandise that has been used, damaged or altered. Items sold on sales or special discount are non-exchangeable. In case of disputes, Vicacci reserves the final right of decision.
