Vinei Rose Brut is made utilising the traditional grapes for Champagne: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Riesling. The driest classification for a sparkling wine, beautifully pale peachy-pink, fruity and fresh with hints of wild strawberries, apples and bread crust, creamy and dry, structured and well balanced with a finish of forest herbs.

Vieni produces its sparkling wines in the Charmat method, exemplifying modern technology in harmony with nature. Our master winemaker uses automated, temperature controlled stainless steel autoclaves to process varietal grapes grown on our estates' breezy hills - part of the UNESCO World Heritage lands.
