This is a premium white blend made from Chardonnay that is fermented in new American oak barrels and Sauvignon Blanc that mature in stainless steel casks. The golden white blend offers zesty flavors and aromas of apple, citrus and honeydew that mingle with subtle mineral notes. The time spent in new Californian oak gives the wine subtle oak and creamy-vanilla character which is responsible for its great complexity and long-lasting finish. The taste of this stunning white is well-structured with delightful roundness pleasing the palate. This Bulgarian white blend pairs flawlessly with seafood and white meat.
