- A different white wine from D.O. Rueda; coming from centennial vineyards harvested by hand at their optimum ripeness. A slight cold maceration infuses the must with all the varietal aromas. Fermented at low temperature (12 º C), the wine rests finally with its fine lees, to achieve that smoothness on the palate that makes it unique.
