Q2: What certificates do you have for your products?

A2: We have CE, RoHS, CB and RED certificates.

Q3: Can you do OEM/ODM order and what about the MOQ?

A3: Yes, we accept any reasonable OEM/ODM, MOQ is 500pcs, small quantity is also available.

Q4: Can you do special packaging for us?

A4: Yes, we can. But the extra packing fee should be added according.

Q5: What's your lead-time ?

A5: Normally, our lead-time is 20-30 days, it depends your order quantity and request.

Q6: What's your payment term?

A6: Sample: T/T or through global sources trade assurance.

Mass production: T/T Advance.

Q7: What's your warranty for this product?

A7: We provided customer with 1 year after sales with technology support. Any product with original broken, we will responsible for it.
