Product Summary

An 86-type BLE smart switch in the Yoswit retrofit family. Like YO815, it works with 2-wire (no neutral) and 3-wire (with neutral) wiring, needs no gateway/rewiring/complex pairing, and supports LEDs down to 3W on single-wire installs. The key difference: dual operation mode — it can act as a normal light switch or as a switch for an electric door lock / motorized door.

Key Features

• No rewiring required: Compatible with 2-wire and 3-wire traditional wiring; swap the old wall switch and the space becomes smart.
• High compatibility: Incandescent, CFL and LED supported; single-wire mode supports LED lamps from 3W and above.
• Delay & timer function: Good for kitchens, stairwells, bathrooms, storage rooms; set lights to stay on briefly then turn off after you leave.
• Dual operation mode: Configurable in the Yoswit App — use as a light ON/OFF switch, or as a door-lock / electric-door switch.
• Switch lock: Lock ON or OFF via App to prevent accidental operation at home, office or public areas.
• Preset power-on state: After power recovery, switch defaults to ON or OFF per user setting.

Installation Warnings

1. Turn off the circuit breaker before installation; licensed electrician only.
2. Strip wires to approx. 5mm exposed conductor.
3. Connect wires to terminals according to the wiring diagram.
4. Ground the device per local electrical code; missing ground is unsafe.
5. Mount firmly to back box, restore power, test button 2–3 times.
6. If LED flickers/no light on 2-wire install: use 3-wire (N) wiring or add the optional LED stabilizer across any lamp.
7. Snap faceplate until all corners “click”; Yoswit App auto-detects the switch.
