    • Comes in three different flavors.
    • Seasoning wild vegetables (soy sauce flavored mixed mountain vegetables) which include nameko mushrooms, bracken (Warabi), Japanese spikenard (Udo) and Sasa kurilensis (Sasa-Take).
    • Seasoning nameko mushroom (soy sauce flavored nameko-mushrooms).
    • Seasoning bracken (Warabi) (soy sauce flavored bracken).
    • Low in calories and high in dietary fiber.
    • Delicately seasoned to be enjoyed with pasta, ramen, rice or porridge
    • Also goes well with sake.
    • No added colors, flavors or preservatives.
    • Nameko are grown in the Yamagata Prefecture without the use of pesticides.
    • Bracken (Warabi) is one of the most famous and familiar wild vegetables, most Japanese bracken comes from Yamagata.

    Suggested cooking methods:
    • For seasoning wild vegetables: can be mixed with cooked pasta and olive oil or eaten with steamed rice or tofu.
    • For seasoning nameko mushroom: can be mixed with olive oil and cooked pasta to make “Nameko Pasta” or served with grated Japanese radish.
    • For seasoning bracken (Warabi): can be served as marinated dishes or poached/simmered dishes.
