A: Yes, we offer 10CM-20cm/pc samples and free accessories. Please take samples for testing and quality inspection.

Q2: What is the delivery time?

A: Normally, 3 days of inventory is required. Production takes approximately 15 days.

Q3: Do you have a minimum order quantity limit?

A: The minimum order quantity is low, and one piece can be provided for inspection.

Q4: How to transport goods? 

A: We usually transport through DHL, UPS, FEDEX, or TNT. Sea freight is acceptable.

Q5: Can I print my logo? 

A: Yes, please formally notify us before production and confirm the design first.

Q6: How to process orders? 

A: First, let us know your request or application. Secondly, we will provide a quotation based on your requirements. Thirdly,the customer confirms the sample and places a formal order. Fourthly, arrange production.

Q7: Do you provide a guarantee for the product?

A: Yes, we offer a 5-15 year product warranty.
