   Adopting non-woven cloth and glass fiber as filtering materials, primary-efficiency filter chooses pleated wedge shape to enlarge the actual effective filter area.   It is designed as plank structure supported by metal mesh clip or inner joints frame together with metal outer frame.   So it features low resistance, long endurance, washable, economical and practical.&nbsp;  Application: 
   Primary-efficiency filter is fit to pre-filtering for central air-conditioning ventilation system, combustion gas turbine and air compressor.  Structure: 
   Primary-efficiency air filter is designed for two kinds of structures-joint frame and general framework.   The former is strong, even filtering material, but time-consuming in manufacturing whereas the latter is easy to change filtering material, time-saving but not as strong as the former.  Filtering material: 
   Activated carbon filter adopts washable non-woven cloth, activated carbon, synthetic fiber, chemical fiber (imported), glass fiber (imported), Kam-convex mesh (nylon net).   Non-woven cloth and glass fiber are more widely used with primary or medium efficiency.  

Primary-efficiency Air Filter

   Outer frame adopts paperboard made from moisture-proof and water-resistance virgin stock wood fiber, light in weight, convenient in installing, attractive in appearance.   Inner filtration materials adopt compacted structure and adhesive bonding technology to ensure sealing performance of filters and avoid leakage.   Inner metallic parts are treated with plastic spray or galvanizing to avoid rusting.   Non-woven fabric filter material is treated with finishing process to prevent non-woven fiber to break from pollution again.   Metal outer frame is washable, detachable and workable for many times which can reduce operating cost of air-conditioner.   It is low in resistance and large in dust-holding capacity.  Application: 
   It is widely used for special constant temperature and humility air-conditioner in SPC exchanges and computer laboratory and central air-conditioner ventilation system.   It is also usable for pre-filtering of air compressor, filtering of recirculation in clean-room and pre-filtering of high-efficiency filter devices etc.  Filter material: 
   Corrugated folding extensively into high strength film, the filtering materials enlarge the actual effective filter area and prevent inlet particles effectively among pleats.   Clean air flows out evenly from the other side.   So airflow going through filter is stable and even.   Different materials prevent different particles from 0.5&mu;m to 5&mu;m with different filtering efficiency.   The filtering materials may choose non-woven fiber cloth, fluffy glass fiber, and plastic net or metal wire mesh.   The general choices are non-woven fiber and fluffy glass fiber which can reach primary or medium efficiency.
