 A. Product Description:    Made out of &ldquo;fresh and newly harvested pure coconut nectar or sap&rdquo;.   Processed naturally through evaporation.   Do not contain preservatives, additives and adulterants.   Pleasant fruity-caramel sweetness with a distinct coconut flavor and aroma.   Brown in color.   B. Chemical Properties:    Moisture Content: 1.6%.   C. Ingredient:    100% organic and raw coconut sap grown.   D. Usage:    Excellent with drinks and baked goods   Can substitute sweeteners for food products that have a high glycemic index.   E. Production Process:    Evaporation or boiling of coconut sap using open pan vessel for about 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on the sap volume until it becomes light and sticky.   It is then transferred to another open pan vessel with a controlled heat temperature burner and goes through a continuous evaporation process until it becomes syrup.   It is lightly cooled down and hot filled into sterilized containers.   6.5 liters of sap is required to produce 1 liter of coconut nectar syrup.&nbsp;
