We brew our Makgeolli exclusively out of local harvested Korean rice with Korean traditional yeasts which are then fermented in traditional Korean ceramics. 	 The result is a nutritious Korean fermented rice wine. 	 Natural carbonation produced out of the process of fermenting traditional Korean yeast provides a refreshing sensation (alike to Champaign) along with rich and mild tastes. 	 Unlike other makgeolli, our rice wine mixes well simply by opening, even without shaking, the bottle.
