Güertanois our most emblematic wine, a symbol of the Murcian land and its winemaking tradition. Made from 100% Monastrell grapes, it reflects the authenticity of Jumilla and its Mediterranean character. Its short aging in French oak adds elegance and subtlety, making Güertano a unique wine with its own distinctive identity.   VITICULTURE: • ALTITUDE: 650 m. •SOIL: clay soil. • AGE: 25 years old. • CULTIVATION: dry farming with bush vines, low production. • HARVEST: early October, manual harvesting. WINEMAKING The grapes of our Güertano undergo maceration for 8-10 days at low temperatures. The extraction of the must occurs in the absence of pressing forces, relying solely on gravity to ensure the best treatment of the grapes. Once the malolactic fermentation is completed, it is deposited into new barrels of French oak, specifically toasted to provide Güertano with its distinctive and exclusive character. TASTING ColourIntense cherry colour with purple tones. Nose presents fruity and floral aromas, such as rose, linked to milky aromas. Hints of smoke, coffee, vanilla and various spices courtesy to its passage through our special selection of barrels. Fermentation process at 26ºC of temperature in Inox cuvees, with long contact period of solid parts. After fermentation process the wine remains in American and French oak during 6 months. Final stage in bottle during 9 months. Teor Alcoólico / Alcoholic Degree: 13,5% Açucares Totais / Total Sugar: : ≤ 5 g/L TASTE NOTES  /Wine made from the Aragonez (80%) and Castelão (20%) grape varieties selected from specific vineyards of the Winery’s members. A wine with a red ruby colour, an intense aroma of red fruits and wood – revealing its 6-month ageing in French and American oak casks – and with a smooth and structured taste. Ideally served with stewed meat, fish stew and soft cheese. Should be drunk in moderation from an appropriate wine glass and, ideally, open the bottle one hour before serving. Serving temperature of 18ºC.  

MUNDUS Reserva 

Matius is our signature wine, a tribute to the winemaking tradition of the Santos family in Jumilla. Crafted by our winemaker, Juan Santos, it seeks to highlight the prominence of the Monastrell grape and the Jumilla terroir, showcasing how an aged wine can elegantly express the fruit, the land, and the very essence of our denomination. VITICULTURE: Monastrell: • ALTITUDE: 890 m. • SOIL: Sandy loam • AGE: more tan 65 years old • CULTIVATION: Dry farming in Bush vine, very low production •HARVEST: End of October, manual harvesting Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon similar viticulture: • ALTITUDE: 720 m . • SOIL: Limestone and Brown •AGE: More than 30 years old •CULTIVE: Trellis irrigation, médium production • HARVEST: Early September for the Syrah and late September for the Cabernet Sauvignon, manual harvesting. WINEMAKING THE GRAPES ARE VINIFIED SEPARATELY AND THE WINE IS AGED INDEPENDENTLY. • The grapes are carried in 400 kg containers. • Grapes are not destemmed and then macerated for 10 days in open vats, fermented at no more than 24ºC. • Malolactic fermentation is completed in French oak barrels of 225, 300, and 500 L capacity to remain in them for 12 months. TASTING Colour Cherry red with purple tones, with a seductive rim. NosePresents great aromatic diversity, highlighting the aromas of ripe fruit combined with subtle tones of spice and cocoa, integrating wood that gives way to the earth and the grape. Château Plain Point Fronsac 2019 is a timeless classic, offering a powerful, elegant, and complex profile. This wine is a blend of 81% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 2% Malbec, expressing captivating notes of ripe fruits and spices. The estate's mosaic of terroirs, including blue clay, asteriated limestone, and clay-limestone, contributes to the wine's remarkable complexity. The grapes were hand-harvested and underwent a 28-day maceration period. Fermentation took place in thermo-regulated concrete and stainless-steel tanks. The wine was then aged for 12 months, with 50% matured in French oak barrels (half new, half one-year-old) and 50% in concrete tanks. This meticulous process results in a structured yet refined wine, the ideal companion for exceptional moments.

Grüner Veltliner 2022 / Premium The wine was aged in a large 2000L barrel. A classic, strictly cut Veltliner from Granite bedrock. The colour is intense, greenish with golden highlights. The aroma is typical of the variety. Notes of citrus peels and white pepper dominate. The taste corresponds to the aroma and is accompanied by a juicy acidity. The persistence of the wine is very long and invites further sipping. Premium range A range of premium wines of high quality. They are aged up to 18 months in French andAustrian oak barrels, which give the wine the prerequisite of archiving inbottle. And in 2021 our Pinot Blanc 2018 was the absolute winner of the Salon des Vins. Grüner Veltliner 2022 / Premium

Pinot Blanc 2023 / Premium The wine was fermented and aged in 400 L, barrels. A layered and complex wine with character. It has a golden yellow colour. The aromatics are broad with notes of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruit. We can also find a light trace of honeycomb. The taste is harmonious and mineral with a slight trace of aging in wooden barrels. Premium range A range of premium wines of high quality. They are aged up to 18 months in French andAustrian oak barrels, which give the wine the prerequisite of archiving inbottle. PINOT NOIR 2021 – dry red wine A classic varienty that our region excels at. A typical soft sour cherry flavor where each sip opens a new taste dimension. This wine was aged for 30 months in big untoasted barrels made out of French and Slavonian oak. The micro oxidation gives our wine nice structure and the oak does not overpower the fruitiness of this wine. Good ageing potential. Made in the Czech Republic.

The aroma is pleasantly fruity and spicy, developing into notes of licorice with a subtle hint of animal character. Zweigelt 2022 / Premium

Zenizate Syrah is a wine with a true Mediterranean soul, where fresh red and black fruit take center stage. A short 4-month aging in French oak has refined its character without losing freshness, adding subtlety and balance. The result is an elegant, expressive, and easy-to-drink wine, with a clean and smooth finish that keeps you coming back for more.  VITICULTURE: • ALTITUDE: 820 m. • SOIL: sandy in a hillside with a limestone mantle. • AGE:19 years old. • CULTIVATION: trellis irrigation, low production. • HARVEST: early september, mechanical harvesting at night. WINEMAKING At Zenizate Syrah, we perform a semi-carbonic maceration with minimal crushing of the grapes, aiming to confer characteristics that enhance its varietal expression. TASTING Colour bright cherry colour with dark tones and luminous violet reflections. Nose aromas of violet, cherries, and various spices. Palate exuberant, with exquisite tannins that achieve a splendid finish with a long trail and a joyful memory. 

Zenizate Syrah Red Wine

Zenizate Cabernet Sauvignon is the Mediterranean expression of one of the world’s most renowned grape varieties. Aged for 4 months in French oak, it preserves the elegance and structure of Cabernet Sauvignon while offering a fresher, fruitier, and more approachable character. Balanced and smooth, it reveals ripe fruit and subtle spice notes, blending strength and finesse in every sip.  VITICULTURE: • ALTITUDE: 820 m. • SOIL: sandy-clay soil. • AGE: 26 years old. • CULTIVATION: irrigation on trellis, low production. • HARVEST: late September, mechanical harvesting at night. WINEMAKING In its production, we carry out pre-fermentative maceration to extend the maceration process. The must is obtained through moderate pressing to achieve the maximum expression of fruit. Ageing takes place in barrels with different toasting levels, giving our wine a distinctive character. TASTING Colour intense garnet colour with a slightly brownish rim due to its evolutionary passage through wood. Nose it retains primary aromas such as raspberry and lychee, accompanied by tertiary aromas such as vanilla, leather and roasted nuances. Palate velvety, round, and balsamic.  

Zenizate Cabernet Red Wine

FRATAVA 2022 – dry red wine A fruit driven red wine with a nice firm structure. Fratava is a very rare original Czech grape variety. High in color, intense fruit taste with a long lasting finish. This wine was aged for 18 months in big untoasted barrels made out of French and Slavonian oak. The micro oxidation gives our wine nice structure and the oak does not overpower the fruitiness of this wine. Good ageing potential. Made in the Czech Republic.

Khikhvi is regional qvevri amber dry wine made from 100% Khikhvi grapes in Kakheti micro-zone, terroir "Sabane". It is an ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-making method. 4-6 month skin contact into the Qvevri, pressed wine aged then in French oak barrels for 4 months. This amber wine has aromas of almonds, ripe pear, peach and white cherry. Khikhvi Qvevri Iberiuli is medium-bodied and has a soft taste with pleasant acidity, velvety tannins and a long aftertaste. Food pairing with stewed meat, salads with walnuts, mushrooms, semi-hard cheeses. 

Shumi Khikhvi Qvevri

Shumi Saperavi Qvevri red dry wine made from 100% Saperavi grapes at Kakheti, Napareuli micro-zone. It is and ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-making method, 3-4 months skin contact into the Qvevri, pressed wine aged then in French oak barrels for 4-6 months. The wine is characterized by a dark ruby color, pronounced aromas of cherries, berries, spices and violet. It is full bodied and has a perfectly balanced taste with soft, velvety tannins and a pleasant long aftertaste. Food pairing with grilled red meats, aged hard cheese. 

Shumi Saperavi Qvevri

Shumi Kisi Qvevri amber dry wine made from 100% Kisi grapes in Kakheti micro-zone, terroir "Ardi". It is an ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-making method. 4-6 month skin contact into the Qvevri, pressed wine aged then in French oak barrels for 6 months. This amber-colored wine has a savory character with aromas of pear and peach, well combined with tones of vanilla and toasted walnuts. Kisi Qvevri Iberiuli is full-bodied and has a harmonious, refined taste, with velvety tannins and a long aftertaste. Food pairing with grilled white meat, mushrooms, hard cheeses.

Grape Variety: Distilled wine Type: Brandy Alcohol Content: 50%vol Net Weight: 500ml  Introduction: The wine white grape base wine is distilled twice in Charente kettle style. It enters the barrel in 2014, and the alcohol content is 68%vol when entering the barrel; it has been maturated in French oak barrels and Porter barrels for more than 6 years.
