Setting up of Appropriate Accounting Systems

Auditing

Auditing is statutory requirement for the audit of financial statements because it is mandatory for every company incorporated in Hong Kong. 

The audit of financial statements has to be performed by an independent professional auditor. After the auditing, an auditor's report will be issued to the company by the accountant.

Failing to fulfill the legal obligation of promptly completing and submitting the Profits Tax Return shall result in a violation of the law and may lead to the imposition of penalties.

After completion of the audit report, we will prepare and submit your Profit Tax return to Government once received the Profit Tax Return
