We conduct searches on behalf of the Subscriber. You are required to place your order, and then the report will be sent to you by email within an hour or one to two working days depending on individual service.

There are several types of Company Registry Search available:

Limited companies registered in Hong Kong (”Limited company”)

Our search will include the most updated information on an Annual Return (including registered office address, share capital, names of current directors, shareholders and company secretary, etc), or an Annual Return of a specific year, copy of Certificate of Incorporation (CI), Articles of Association (M&A), Business Registration Certificate (BR) and Mortgages and Charges.

Please supply us with either the exact name of the limited company or Certificate of Incorporation (CI) number you want us to do the search on.

Directorship Search (“Director”)

By entering the target subject party’s Identity Card number or passport number, our search report will show you results of the target subject’s holding of director position with companies registered with the Hong Kong Companies Register.

Business Registration Search (“BR”)

We provide 3 types of BR Searches conducted from the Inland Revenue Department on behalf of the Member/Subscriber.

1. Electronic extract of information on the Business Register (“BR Electronic”)
2. Certified extract of Information on the Business Register (“BR Certified”)
3. Duplicate of a valid Business/Branch Registration Certificate (electronic record)(“BR Duplicate”)

Please supply us with either a Business Registration Certificate (BRC) number or the exact name of the company you would like us to do a search on.
