The word "Palco" is Italian for "Stage". This is the stage on which Chef Ken Lau would like to showcase the finest contemporary Italian dishes to his "audience" in Hong Kong.

Palco Ristorante is committed to offering guests a one-of-a-kind culinary experience matched with a vast selection of fine wines to choose from around the world. Guests have a choice of set lunch & dinner menus carefully crafted from seasonal ingredients and produce. While special occasions may call for tasting menus which can be tailored-made to guests' requests.

With an area for seating up to 70 guests and secluded dining rooms, Palco Ristorante is an ideal venue for private functions. From intimate gatherings to corporate dinners or events, our culinary team are masters at creating personalized menus inspired by your specific event.
