- Elevated to state-level status at the end of 2010, a Hi-Tech Industrial Zone appears in southwestern Jingdezhen. In recent years, it has focused on project construction, notably of the Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone.
- The 50-square-kilometer area’s geographical position is superior and its traffic is well developed thanks to national highways, high-speed railways and modern airports.
