Description
1. Do inspection on semi- worked parts/incoming components before factory start their assembling work.
2. Do 20% to 60% product completion products inspection depending on the risk level of the quality issues, and to find the production problems in early stage.
3. Do 100% order completion pre-shipment inspections, referring to the detailed quality standards listed in the purchase agreement. We usually follow the inspection standard of AQL level III and for critical defect AQL 0, Major defect AQL 1.5, Minor defect AQL 2.5. or follow the client’s guide. Our inspection level always is higher and more strict than those big name 3rd party inspection companies.
4. Monitoring factory to re work the shipment if they don’t pass our inspections, after they correct the problem, we will perform the inspection again until the shipment pass our inspection.
