 eRun Systems Limited  was founded by a motivated team of IT professionals in 1996. The team continues to deliver comprehensive  POS management solutions  to retail and catering industries. We combine retail management, food & beverage management and technical expertise to design, develop and implement eRun, our premier point-of-sale management software, and provide services that meet the immediate and ongoing operation needs of businesses.

  Characteristics of eRun  
eRun is a Windows based system consisting of human and visual POS, easy-to-use yet sophisticated back office management, multi-dimensional visual data analyzer and report generator, and reliable web tools allowing businesses to access their data anytime, anywhere. 

eRun comes in different editions designed for catering businesses such as fine dining, fast food service, Western, Japanese or Chinese restaurants, cake shops, coffee shops, bars or pubs. In retail industry, eRun is applicable to cosmetics, fashion, footwear, bags & leather, wine, gifts & accessories, jewelry and household products, whether single store operation or large regional chains. Currently, our customers’ operations are located in Hong Kong, Macau, China, Taiwan, and other parts of the world. 

 eRun passed China Quality Test 
eRun successfully passed the China IT Software Quality Requirement Test conducted by CEPREI Software Testing Centre in 2006. eRun POS was certified to be user friendly, easy-to-understand, easy-to-learn and easy-to-use. The Testing Centre also commended on eRun’s simple installation, high adaptability, as well as its full documentation. eRun’s documentation was certified as complete, accurate, consistent, easily understood and clearly displayed.

This test is equivalent to international standard ISO/IEC 12119 : 1994 "Information Technology - Software Packages Quality Requirements Testing". The test marked eRun's mission on providing quality products to its clients.

 Professional Support and Services 
Once being selected as solution partner, eRun will work closely with businesses to affect a rapid implementation. Our Internet-based support programs, eRunSupport and eRunUpdate, enable our customer support staff to view clients’ screens, diagnose and fix problems, and upgrade versions while on-line.
