From the production of Spitfire aircraft components and bespoke instruments for Bentley motor cars, to today’s independent perfumers, leather artisans, and jewellery designers, the streets surrounding Lyons Place are rooted in a culture of making. ThinkingOver 50 products and materials historically associated with the surrounding streets were carefully researched and sourced. These objects were then combined with elements from the interior design palette to construct a series of bespoke 3D sets. Each set maps the buildings, streets, and key features of the area—including Regent’s Canal, which runs alongside the development—creating a layered and spatial interpretation of place. By creating and photographing these crafted compositions, the project captures the spirit of the neighbourhood in an authentic and tangible way. The identity draws from the area’s heritage of making, translating it into a contemporary visual language. In doing so, the branding connects past and future—celebrating the legacy of craftsmanship while positioning Lyons Place as a continuation of that story.

Thinking In this rebrand, the heart of the identity is their new logo that is designed to represent how the three areas of their business (making, generating and selling) all work together to create the whole Drax offering. It does so in a style that echoes mathematical infinity symbolism, underpinning the sustainability agenda which Drax leads. It is coloured with a vibrant palette which represents energy, vision and balance.

Client TED is a media organisation that posts talks online for free distribution under the slogan “ideas worth spreading”. Houses of Parliament held their first ever TEDx talk inside the parliament. They invited 15 inspirational speakers giving speech on ‘Democracy and Representation’ to a full house of audience as well as hundred thousand online viewers. Thinking In collaboration with TEDx Houses of Parliament, our design was tailored to embody the event’s essence as a dynamic speakers’ festival. Centered around the theme ‘Voice of London,’ we harnessed sound wave graphics to artistically portray the iconic London skyline, bridging the gap between the tangible and the intangible. This visual identity not only captured the event’s spirit but also resonated globally, encapsulating the diverse and impactful conversations that shaped the occasion.
