Audiences who live beyond aspiration are drawn to the inimitable grandeur of the Royal Park and a development that is post-luxury in detail and finish. ThinkingThe branding identity celebrates the uninterrupted seasonal landscape as a work of art. Inspired by the panoramic 2.5 metre high windows which frame endless vistas over Hyde Park and beyond.The windows are used as a lens to capture the natural world outside the building through film. An impressionist treatment to the films observes the colours of the seasons gradually changing across the landscape, in real time. Moving down to the front entrance our personal camera viewpoint captures moments of serene wildlife in the park and the social pursuits residents can enjoy in neighbouring Mayfair and Marylebone. 

The Bryanston - Branding the most luxury residential in the world

ClientA new residential development located in West London, an area long defined by its heritage of craft and manufacturing. From the production of Spitfire aircraft components and bespoke instruments for Bentley motor cars, to today’s independent perfumers, leather artisans, and jewellery designers, the streets surrounding Lyons Place are rooted in a culture of making. ThinkingOver 50 products and materials historically associated with the surrounding streets were carefully researched and sourced. These objects were then combined with elements from the interior design palette to construct a series of bespoke 3D sets. Each set maps the buildings, streets, and key features of the area—including Regent’s Canal, which runs alongside the development—creating a layered and spatial interpretation of place. By creating and photographing these crafted compositions, the project captures the spirit of the neighbourhood in an authentic and tangible way. The identity draws from the area’s heritage of making, translating it into a contemporary visual language. In doing so, the branding connects past and future—celebrating the legacy of craftsmanship while positioning Lyons Place as a continuation of that story.

Project Description
Bancroft provided pre-planning and full architectural and engineering services to re-develop multiple standard operational protocols (SOP&rsquo;s) for both the researchers and physical plant for the new BSL3 suites at the Zablocki VA in Milwaukee, WI.

The intended use of this specialized lab is to further the research and testing of select agents.

Bancroft&rsquo;s seasoned team of laboratory planners understood that the planning for the approvals and certification from both the CDC and the FBI needed to start at the onset of the project. Our lab planning experts led the research team along with the security and building maintenance team through the development of the design of these laboratories to clearly define the anticipated use of the space.

The new program includes existing and new class III biosafety cabinets and other recommissioned equipment relocated from the existing laboratory. Additional equipment includes incubators, medical gases, autoclave, decontamination system and other related benchtop equipment.&nbsp; The design and program require a dedicated HVAC system, gowning and de-gowning area, monitoring and controls, expansion of the security systems and personnel training.
