Mr So, the Managing Director of the Company, has worked in the fields of property management and land development for the Government in the past 27 years. His last appointment in the Government was Chief Estate Surveyor of the Lands Department. He has indepth knowledge and experience in land development works in Hong Kong.
He has been involved in the following large scale projects: Hopewell Centre, United Centre, Discovery Bay, Laguna City, Sceneway Garden, Nga Ying Chau Oil Depot Redevelopment, Shell Tsing Yi Oil Depot Redevelopment, Kowloon Bay Air Cargo Terminal, Ngau Chi Wan Commercial/Residential Development, Container Terminal Nos. 8 & 9, Kwung Tong/Yaumatei 6-Street/Tsimshatsui 4-Street urban renewal schemes, Mobil Tsing Yi Oil Depot Removal, Relocation of Tsing Yi North Boatyards, Tate's Cairn Tunnel, Training of Shum Chun River, Ocean Park and High Island Reservoir.
