Mr Anthony S L Chiang graduated in Accountancy, Fiance and Economics at the University of Essex, UK, in 1983. He Joined Peat Marwick Hong Kong in 1984 and gained his exposure and experience in Auditing and EDP Auditing. He was involved in many large Banking audit assignment. In 1987, he joined Arthur Andersen and practised as a Tax Accountant gaining wide and intensive practical experience both in the compliance and planning of Hong Kong, PRC and US TAX.
Mr Chiang has qualified as an Accountant and obtained the practising certificate of the Hong Kong Society of Accountants in 1996. He has also gained professional recognition as a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants Anthony Chiang was awarded the HKSA Diploma in Insolvency in 2001, and was among the first batch of professionals attending a Diploma course which is equivalent to the Master Degree organized jointly by HKSA and The University of Hong Kong. The diploma is an additional factor recognized by the Official Receiver to consider the qualifying criteria for appointment to the Panels of Insolvency Practitioners. Mr Chiang has been invited to join the Taxation Committee of the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce.
He is currently the sole proprietor of Messrs. Anthony S L Chiang & Company. He has experience and knowledge in undertaking the work of liquidation, investigation and trustee. He is also involved in acquisitions and mergers in certain important projects.
