BCOM Securities Co. Ltd., established in Hong Kong, is a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of Communications Hong Kong Branch. It has obtained the approval of the China Security Regulatory Committee, the People’s Bank of China, the Securities and Futures Commission, the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Securities Clearing Co. Ltd. for conducting securities business.
