CL Technical Services Limited "CLTS" founded in 1994 .In the initial stage ,the Company's core business is focused on providing various IT services to our clients. Due to the project nature ,the Company requires to hire different  IT professionals to fulfil the project needs . In in decade of 2000, the Company has foreseen the outsourcing services would be the trend especially in IT industry .Therefore, CLTS established a  separate team to cater the substantial hiring requests of the project teams and directly refer candidates to our clients. In recent years , CL Technical Services Limited and CL Smart Sourcing Limited are mainly providing recruitment and secondment  services and aimed to relieve the recruitment pressure and minimize the operational cost on the hiring process to our service partners .Our strength lies on providing flexible and stable workforce to the  outsourcing projects, ranging from man-day ,monthly to on-going requests and from entry-level to senior executives as well as providing excellent services to help solve the difficulty on the complicated HR issues.
