Casa Design International Ltd. Was founded in 1992, and soon established itself as a competitive architectural firm in winning the design competition for an 80-storey Office/Hotel Development.  Our team of multi-national professionals since expanded from conceptual design, to project management, submission specialization, construction supervision, and urban planning.
We are knowledgeable and proficient in advising our client on the overall project development from inception to project completion.  We work directly with a reliable team of associated professional consultants to compliment our leadership.  Our strength is in the efficiency to which we can guide our clients and the supporting building team to implement the design idea.
Our most recent completed works ranges from an array of 'Boutique' hotels, to prestigious "Resort" planning, to a 1,600 guestrooms Convention Hotel development.   We are also actively involved in overseeing numerous projects for high-rise offices, commercial complexes, and residential developments in China, Vietnam and Malaysia.
CASA's conceptual approach is "to create an experience of space", to give a sense of identity with respect to the local urban fabric and cultural context.  Our design approach to this matter is to maximize the development potential without compromising on the creative aspect. Our initial steps are to fully understand the nature of the site characteristics and to analysize the construction, phasing restrictions, and marketing strategies throughout the architectural planning. We will also often manipulate the site constraints to work as our design advantage.  The concept is hence firmly anchored to support our design approach while allowing full freedom of architectural individually.  By creating this unique "place", being of a building nature or of gathering plaza, we strive to give the project a sense of timeless presence and continuous flexibility to adapt to the environmental changes.
