Chime Decor began in 2008, founded by Rita and Wincy. It focused on Wedding Cake model making initially and gradually began to diversify from Display Art Decoration to tailormade gifts and Event Decoration.

Rita & Wincy alongside with 2 mugs of coffee, take pride in what they do and it is their passion and dedication that drives them to always raise the bar in the creative world of handmade arts as well as to provide romantic weddings for their brides, sophisticated themed decoration of corporate clients, malls and numerous social gatherings throughout the year.
