 The Hotel was the first 5-star hotel in Shanghai under a co-operative joint venture contract and was entirely funded by the foreign party. 
The Hotel has 800 rooms and is managed by Hilton International Co. In the last 10 years, the Hotel has achieved a very good operating performance. 
CHL, having built a solid foundation in China, continues to pursue business opportunities in China and is prepared to share its experience with interested party by jointly developing and investing in suitable projects. 
The trading operation of CHL has been in the area of developing import and export of commodities such as machinery, construction materials, chemical, electrical products and hotel articles, etc with China as the main focus...
