Circle Asia Ltd the Asia Pacific underwriting hub for global specialty risks insurer Circles Group, established its regional office in Hong Kong and began trading in late 2013. Circles Group chose Hong Kong because of the competitive licensing structure for underwriting agents here.

It will launch a new product in late 2014  to protect the personal assets of Hong kong's growing number of high net worth individuals
