We also advise on entry investment strategy into the North American markets for Asian clients who need tax and legal assistance for their direct investments.

Founder’s Background
Patrick Trainor, graduated from Georgetown University in Washington D.C. in 1980 with a B.S. Finance degree and has had a 16 year commercial banking career in the Baltimore/Washington and Philadelphia areas with predecessors of Well Fargo Bank and Bank of American before coming in Hong Kong in 1996. In HK he has worked for BNP Paribas in the international corporate area and in private banking before moving over to the trust and company formation / company secretarial services industries in 2002. He has managed corporate service providers in HK and in Singapore and then returned to Hong Kong in 2006. Since then after turning around two service providers and starting up a new operation for its owners, he has founded his own firm in 2013.
