Country Fresh was started by members of the ANTICO family, who have been trading fresh produce since 1938. They are an iconic Australian "fresh food family", recognized as pioneers in the industry and well-know for their long history, outstanding customer service and hard work supplying retail, wholesale and international customers.

From providores to exporters of fine produce, the ANTICO FAMILY have been recognized with the prestigious honour of being awarded the "AustralianExport Award for Outstanding Export Achievement" by the Australian Trade Commission, Australian Government.

Matthew Antico, Managing Director of Country Fresh has been based in Asia for over a decade and has a wealth of experience and passion for the food industry. A real "foodie", Matthew has established himself as a food connoisseur and has developed a solid reputation among Chefs and Restaurant Owners.
