Crown Motors Ltd (CML) was established in 1966.  A member of the Inchcape Group, CML is the sole distributor of Toyota, Lexus and Daihatsu automobiles and Hino trucks in Hong Kong.  In addition to selling cars, CML also provides comprehensive after-sales service and offers a full range of parts and accessories.  The company also offers Toyota Rent-a-car, insurance and financial services.
CML operates six Toyota showrooms, two Lexus, one Hino and one Daihatsu showrooms, providing first-class service and professional advice to customers.  It also has thirteen service centres and nine parts outlets conveniently located on Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and the New Territories.
CML has been the market leader in Hong Kong for more than 13 years.  In 2004 it secured a 35.5% share of the overall vehicle market in the territory.  Selected as one of the Best Employers in Asia in 2000 by the Asian Wall Street Journal, Far Eastern Economic Review and Hewitt Associates, the company has also received Toyota Motor Corporation's Triple Crown Award for 13 consecutive years.  This award is given to Toyota distributors who achieve outstanding sales in the passenger, commercial and overall vehicle markets.  It has also distinguished itself as overall Champion of the Toyota Asian Skills Contest and Toyota Kaizen Marathon.
