Activities: Established as Ekman's Asian Regional Hub office. Major activities include the marketing, selling and distribution of forest products throughout Southeast Asia With a special emphasis on the Chinese market. Main products include woodpulp and paper as well as machinery for the pulp and paper industry. The office also supports the sales activities of other Ekman offices located throughout Asia.

Our main activities are concentrated on the marketing, selling and distribution of our principal's products to our customers worldwide. Ekman has 135 employees working in 20 offices throughout the world. In addition, we have a well-established international network of local agents and representatives covering every market where pulp or paper is produced or consumed.
The global operations are coordinated from our three hub offices located in Gothenburg, Miami and Hong Kong. All of these offices are fully equipped trading companies, capable of providing all of the different services we offer to our principals.
The Hong Kong office was recently re-opened during the third quarter of 2000 and will focus primarily on the selling of woodpulp and paper into China as well exporting paper from China.
