Its major activities include briefing with the client to gain a full understanding of their organization, an appreciation of where the vacant position fits. It will then automatically conduct a file search of its candidate banks to ensure that suitable candidates on its files are included for consideration.
All candidates are interviewed in depth to determine their needs, aspirations, strengths and weaknesses. Checking references is an essential part of the screening process and enables its consultants to verify facts given by candidates and to be able to ascertain strengths, weaknesses and work attitudes. It administers to candidates (where appropriate) verbal fluency, typing, data entry and word processing to ensure referred candidates have the required skill factors deem necessary.
After screening, a short-list of candidates will be given to the clients and interviews are arranged and feedback gained. All candidates will be notified of the outcome of their application.
If an appointment is confirmed, its consultants will continue to monitor the new employee's progress for the duration of the guarantee period.
