Ho Fat Hangers & Button Products Co. Ltd. has been established for more than 18 years, specializing in a wide variety of plastic hanger and polyester button. 
Since our establishment in 1982, we have developed both a strong management team and workforce of over 250 experienced and proficient employees. Our headquarters is located in Hong Kong and our factory premises occupy an area of 35,000sq.feet in China. 
There are over 22 units of injection machines in our hangers production department. The maximum production capacity of the hanger department is 20,000 dozen hangers of simple style per day. The production lead-time is depended on the style of hanger. We also have our moulding department equipped with 15 units of various kinds of highly technical machines including CNC machine center, milling, carving, and turning machines. A hanger mould of simple style may take 15 days to finish but it is largely depended on the design complexity of the hanger. 
Moreover, we are using the latest technologies imported from Germany and Italy to improve the shaping, drilling, dying, and finishing of our button products. There are about 41 units of button machines in button production department. The production capacity of button is about 30,000 grosses per day. For instance, one button machine can produce 750 grosses 18 lines button of simple style in 24 hours. However, the production capacity is strongly depended on the style of button, the more complicated style is, the longer production lead-time is required. 
To remain competitive, we have kept an up-to-data catalogue on hangers and button model and its latest development, offering a wide selection for customers. In addition, our factory and the embedded technology enable us to customize our products to the requirements of customers’ own designs.
