Licensing: Master toy licensee of popular characters such as Smurf, Jimmy Liao, Shamo, Ashita No Joe, Neighborhood 13 etc. DIRECTOR'S PROFILE Howard Lee, the founder of HOW2WORK had started his career at Jade Dynasty Publications Limited, a leader in the Hong Kong comic industry. He managed -to pioneered developments of Japanese manga within the Hong Kong region and had great knowledge in the Japanese manga and characters. Howard had worked with many reputable artists from across the world and had maintained good working relationship with artists such as Micheal Lau (cross over figurine with Santa Inoue's Tokyo Tribe 2), Eric So, Brothersfree, Jimmy Liao*, Mike Mignola(Hellboy), Chiba Tetsuya (Ashita No Joe) etc.
