Established in Hong Kong in 1948, Hsin Yieh was founded in 1930 in Shanghai, China. Among recent projects designed and completed by the firm in Hong Kong and China are mega comprehensive developments that involved urban design, master planning, architectural design through to construction, projects such as the South Horizons, Laguna Verde, MTR Caribbean Coast, Festival City and Ocean Pride in Hong Kong; and Zhonghai Mingcheng, Grandale, and Tangbei Lakeside Estate in China. Urban planning and architectural projects such as Grand Millennium Plaza and Cheung Kong Center in Hong Kong, Centre Plaza and Jingguang Center in China were designed by the company. Apart from the large scale developments, Hsin Yieh has also designed and completed a full range of offices, commercial, institutional, hotels, recreational and industrial projects.
