ICHIRAN is renowned for offering a unique and delicious reman experience. Its concept is to eliminate all distractions that might disturb the customers from fully enjoying and experiencing the flavor of their carefully prepared Tonkotsu Ramen (port-based broth Japanese noodles). With over 40 locations in Japan, ICHIRAN is expanding to Hong Kong, opening its first ramen shop under ICHIRAN Hong Kong Ltd in July 2013. Its objective is to bring the real flavor of Tonkotsu Ramen to the people of Hong Kong. After establishing a local central kitchen, ICHIRAN plans to open several shops in the city and make this a starting point to expand into the rest of Asia.
