JFT Holdings Limited, a joint venture company established in January 2009 by Japan listed Toyota Tsusho Corporation and Hong Kong listed Symphony Holdings, to retail and distribute apparel and accessories brands originated from Japan, Europe and US in the markets of Hong Kong, Macau and Mainland China. 
Much synergy is expected from the joint venture. Toyota Tsusho, the sole trading arm of Toyota Motor Group, operates a wide range of popular Japanese life-style products and engages in its retail and brand development. Symphony, whose principal activities are footwear manufacturing and trading, manages more than 300 POS all over PRC and is a seasoned market player in brand development in Greater China. 
The first JFT shopping complex is scheduled to open in August 2009 on the popular shopping strip Percival Street in Causeway Bay. JFT’s mission is to give shoppers the feel for passion in fashion. Colour and excitement is expected, much noise be generated in the fashion community, making the complex a prominent landmark in Hong Kong.
