FTG Company was established in 2010 and set up the first Yakiniku Futago restaurant in Tokyo . Since then the company has expanded rapidy with over 20 outlets in Japan and two in Taiwan.
Japan Dining World Co Ltd obtained the franchise for Yakiniku Futago to operate in Hong Kong. The first Yakiniku Futago restaurant opened in Causeqay Bay in April 2014 and 15 staff will be hired. As the comapny believes there is still a lack of good yakiniku ( Japanese grilled meat) in Hong Kong restaurants, it sees the potential to develop this market segment. The company plans to open a few more Yaakiniku Futago outlets here in the coming years.
