The firm has been established since 1st August 1983. It occupies an office space of 3,700 square feet. Its senior partner solicitor, Mr John Ho, is a well-experienced conveyancing solicitor and was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 1972 and in England and Wales in 1976.  He handled the entire Standard Chartered Bank affairs in Kowloon and New Territories from 1972 to 1983 before his retirement from the partnership of Messrs Deacons.
Its partner solicitor Mr Willie Chang is a very experienced commercial and company solicitor and has been admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong since 1969. He was admitted as a partner of Messrs Johnson Stokes & Master in 1974 and has set up his own firm Messrs Willie Chang & Co in 1979 thereafter. The firm has been formally in association with Messrs Willie Chang & Co since 1st July 1995.
Both Mr John Ho and its consultant solicitor Mr John Ku are Notary Public of Hong Kong. Mr John Ku has been admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong since 1975 and in England and Wales since 1979 and has wide knowledge in commercial and litigation works.
The firm has a long history in handling conveyancing for large developments. Its corporate clients include Sino Group; Henderson Group; E Wah Group; Koon Wah Mirror Group; WKK Wong's Kong King Group; Aik San Group as well as HL Resources Group (Singapore).
The firm was also included in the panel of solicitors of Hong Kong Housing Authority and Hong Kong Housing Society.
