(1) Auditing and taxation services : Hong Kong statutory auditing, tax compliance and planning; 
(2) Business services : bookkeeping and accounting, invoice preparation and handling of L/C and shipping documents; provision of registered office and office supports.
(3) Company secretarial services : incorporation of Hong Kong company, filing of annual returns, share transfers and increase and reduction in capital, providing nominee services, and handling company liquidation; 
(4)PRC tax & Investment Services: Advice on PRC corporation & individual income tax, VAT and business tax, tax registration and filing, withholding tax and tax compliance in the PRC, advice on PRC tax treaty and avoidance of double taxation, registration of PRC representative offices and establishment of PRC trading companies, advice on negotiation of PRC joint venture agreements; advice on the choice of entry modes into the PRC market, framework of PRC JV and wholly foreign owned enterprise laws, PRC tax and non-tax considerations.
(5)Management consultancy: Advice on company structure, Hong Kong initial public offering (IPO), negotiation of joint venture and shareholder agreement, transfers of shares and business.
