LCK Architects Ltd was first established as Ling Chan & Partners Ltd (LCP) in 1984. In 2003 the practice changed to its present name after the merger with Chan Kan & Associates Ltd. (established in 1992). Both practices have been prominent in the field of architectural and interior designs for local as well as China projects, serving major institutions and developers in Hong Kong. LCK is a group of dedicated professionals sharing a common desire in striving for excellence in architectural and interior design. The goal of our design process is to produce an optimum result for the client by balancing aspirations, programme requirements, budgets and environmental conditions. In particular, we always take the follwing approach to our projects:

- Take the lead role in design of projects to achieve the highest value consistent with the client's goals.

- Be aware of international standards and local construction practices enabling us to realize projects of high quality.

- Combine creativity and practicality to a project consistent with the client's requirements.

- Understand the importance of completing projects on time and within budget.

- Maintain continuity of staff assigned to a project.

- Conceive each project as an opportunity to establishing a long term, prositive relationship with its clients.

Headed by Victor Chan, the Managing Director, LCK maintains a teamwork approach to its practice with the Director in charge of the project for its duration. This assures consistency in management and accountability to the client. LCK at present maintains a staff level of 30 plus consisting of qualified professionals, technicians, site staff and supporting staff.
