M.B. Lee & Co, Certified Public Accountants was established on 1st January, 1962 by Mr M B Lee to practise auditing, accountancy, taxation and corporate services under the Hong Kong legislation.  On 1st April, 1997, the practice was converted into a corporate practice, namely, M.B.Lee & Co., Certified Public Accountants Ltd. We have now 3 directors, 7 qualified members and 30 staff members, majority of them are graduates or candidates undertaking professional examinations in accountancy or corporate secretaries.

Its practice strive to meet the needs of over 500 multinational, regional and local clients engaged in various kinds of business in Asia and other continents.  Our clientele include business, operation and services in OEM manufacturing, consultancy, engineering, food industry, gas products, health related industries, international trading, import & export, motor car and taxi services, professional practices, retail industry, retailers in electrical and electronic appliances, real estate and investment, restaurant, transportation, chartable organizations, educational institutes and others.

Its audit team perform statutory audit, prepare financial statements and render an independent opinion on reports to shareholders, directors, trustees and others.  We also act as clients' tax representatives in filing returns and accounts for tax purposes, handling tax appeal, objection and undertake personal and corporate tax planning, estate planning and trust matters.

Its associated company renders advisory and consulting services on corporate structure, merger and acquisition, restructuring, spin-off or other form of strategic alliance, formation and dissolution of corporations, company secretarial, registered office, nominee services and filing of statutory returns under the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance.
