Founded in 1993 with our headquarters in Hong Kong we provide EMS manufacturing under German management in China. As an EMS Manufacturer we provide PCB assembly & complete electronic module production. Our customers are mainly located in Europe and North America.

THT: 2 fully automatic SMT lines, Yamaha pick-and-place machines with IT system for traceability and process safety. Ten zone reflow ovens. Automatic optical inspections.
COB: Aluminum wire Chip on Board Bonding in 10k class clean room, five ASM Chip on Board Bonding machines, automatic die-attach and automatic Hysol coating. Capacity of 150.000 wires per hour.
THT: Two wave soldering lines, manual insertion on 25 work places each and final assembly lines. Conformal coating and Ultrasonic welding.
ACF: Heat sealing process with anisotropic conductive film (ACF) Flex-on-PCB, Flex-on-Glass, hot-bar-soldering on eight heat sealing machines.
Testing: Automatic function test with visual recognition system, 3D measurement projector, in-circuit test, automatic function test with barcode system and data logging, automatic LCD tester, burn-in testing and climate chamber.
Apart from PCB assembly we offer various engineering and sourcing services such as: Optimization and development of PCB designs and assembly processes, electronic component sourcing, testing according to recognized standards and customer requirements, tooling and modern plastic molding, test jig design.
