We are organised into four teams, each made up of experienced loss adjusters and other professionally qualified staff. Each team specialises in particular lines of business to cater for specific claims handling requirements.

McLarens Hong Kong has a strong base of over 30 experienced loss adjusters and surveyors, all full time employees, and provides prompt claims handling services for various classes of business and for large or catastrophic losses, in accordance with the needs of Insurers.

All of the senior personnel are experienced professionals, and they are supported by experienced teams. In terms of stability, around 70% of the staff have only ever worked for McLarens and almost every member of staff has professional qualifications.
