Our firm's dispute resolution practice hsa vast experience in complex comercial litigation, personal injury litigation, insurance litigation, divorce litigation, criminal litigation, cross-border litigation and insolvency. Since the firm does not  conduct non-contentious work, it largely remains conflict-free and is able to receive referral work from other law firms based in Hong Kong and overseas where those firms cannot act.

The majority of our lawyers have been practising in Hong Kong since the 1990s or earlier.

Although the form comprises one of the largest team of litigation lawyers in Hong Kong, individual cases are run in streamlined fashion to allow clients direct access to the lead lawyers, who are hands-on in the day-to-day running of cases.
