NSW Holdings Limited ("NWS Holdings") is the service flagship of New World Development Company Limited founded by Dr Cheng Yu Tung.  NWS Holdings is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with stock code 0659 and has a market capitalization of over HK$15.8 billion (as of the closing price on 30 July 2004).

NWS holdings embraces a diversified range of businesses which can be broadly grouped under three main divisions: Service, Infrastructure and Ports.
