NESW Cargo Management Limited is a Hong Kong based Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility (“RACSF”) (RF0093) who specializes in consolidating cargoes and building ULDs for airfreight forwarders. Our RACSF is located at ATL Logistics Centre, Berth 3, Kwai Chung Container Terminal, just a stone's throw from Hong Kong International Airport.
Following the best practices recommended by Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department, we are equipped with approved X-ray device, access control, alarm, CCTV, fencing, segregation of restricted and non-restricted area, etc. to handle bulk or palletized airfreight cargo.

ULD building.
We run our own truck fleets to transport freight between our facility and airfreight terminals. The GPS system offers real-time asset positioning to track and monitor the transportation.
