Oasis Computer Consultants Ltd was established in 1987 in Hong Kong with the vision of increasing productivity and profitability of companies through computerzation and business automation.
During the past 15 years, they have grown in size in the PRC region with 10 branches. They have sales and service offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Beijing whilst, Nanking, Xiamen, Dalian, Qingdao, Chengdu and Tianjin are service centers.
The company has over 200 employees in its 11 offices at the moment. Most of their technical staff is cerified system engineers, including MCSE, MCP, CNE, PSE and CCNA.
Oasis has many business partners. They are HP, Microsoft, IBM, Intel, 3Com, Novell, Panasonic, and Sun Corp.
They provide their clients with total solutions that consist of infrastructure system design & consultation, sale of hardware & software, business automation solutions, maintenance & support services and training.
A 24-hour Call Center was established in Guangzhou in year 2000, providing support services for all over China. Customers can make use of their toll-free supoort hotline for any inquiries. In case on-site support is needed, it will be distributed to our office nearby for action. A full set of record will be updates on call log website for authorized users to check for the status.
For the solution side, they are the SunCentre (Channel Partner) of System Union, They are authorized to sell SunSystems license, and provide implementation, training and maintenance services. They will start the project by studying the client's business operation and provide professional recommendation of how SunSystems can improve client business operations. Then, followed by implementation, training and after-sale support and maintenance services.
