MELANI, a private fashion label owned by Orchid House Fashion Limited, was launched in Hong Kong in 1986. The brand is known for its signature collection of woman's apparel and has expanded over the years through its exclusive retail stores network in Hong Kong and China. 
MELANI's product range includes ready-to wear, shoes, handbags, and accessories. Towards the new Millenium, a new line of eveningwear was added to the existing casual and formal executive collections. MELANI operates under two companies. The parent company, Orchid House Fashion Limited, manages the manufacturing division, while a subsidiary company, Orchidee Exclusive Limited, oversees the retail division.
